Churchill’s Suzanne Revell talks retirement and downsizing with Rupert Bates

Posted 12 September 2014 by Keith Osborne

More and more senior homeowners are switching on to the concept of downsizing later in life, giving up their large, high-maintenance properties and moving into somewhere smaller and brand new, that needs no upkeep.

Churchill Retirement Living is one of the leading specialist developers providing purpose-built properties for private ownership on retirement developments in desirable locations all over the UK. Typically these are spacious one- and two-bedroom flats within a site that also offers communal facilities and gardens, an on-site manager and a 24-hour emergency care helpline.

Suzanne Revell is Churchill’s marketing director and here she speaks to WhatHouse? editorial director Rupert Bates about the company’s products and issues surrounding the decision to downsize and move to a retirement development.

Churchill Retirement Living will be present at The WhatHouse? Show, a brand new consumer property show coming to the Hilton Brighton Metropole on 27/28 September 2014. The event is an opportunity for house-hunters to meet developers and agents face-to-face and to see the latest properties for sale in and around Brighton and Hove.
