Posted 9 December 2014

Bellway celebrated a milestone in the regeneration of North Solihull with the launch of a new show home at Digby Court.

The development, located on the former Bishop Wilson Primary School site in Pike Drive, is the latest to be delivered by as part of the regeneration project.

Cllr Robert Hulland, who is Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council’s cabinet portfolio holder for environment and housing, cut the ribbon to open the three-bedroom Stafford show home during the launch celebrations.

Bellway sales and marketing director Stephen Rose said: “It’s always exciting to open a new show home and it was great that so many people turned out to have a look around. We have been working closely with Solihull MBC for nearly 10 years as part of the North Solihull Partnership. We were delighted that Cllr Hulland was able to join us to open the show home to celebrate this latest milestone.”

Digby Court will provide a range of new homes, from one and two-bedroom apartments to three and four-bedroom family properties.

Bellway has been a member of the North Solihull Partnership since its inception in 2005, building hundreds of private and affordable homes. The regeneration project is one of the largest of its kind in the UK.
