Southdale represents a £400m regeneration development project that has already delivered a new supermarket, 191 new homes and a car dealership. Enabling works are already underway for a new primary school, a pub restaurant, a private nursery as well as 170 new homes of which our Ferrier Way development will deliver 85 new homes.
