Nestled between an existing residential area and open farmland, this exciting new neighbourhood will over time feature a new primary school and playing fields, community facilities and a local centre.
Mature trees and hedgerows will be complemented by the planting of native species and the creation of beautiful open spaces for the new residents to enjoy including a new country park.
Brackley’s attractive town centre lies within walking distance of the new homes and offers a wealth of local amenities for day-to-day living including Waitrose and Tesco supermarkets, plus a choice of high street and independent shops, pubs and places to eat.
The town also has a library, a leisure centre and a swimming pool. Silverstone racing circuit, home of the British Grand Prix, lies just seven miles away, while the major shopping centre of Milton Keynes is just 19 miles from the new homes.
With so much on the doorstep, Earls Manor is the perfect place to call home.
