Clarence Heights is a brand new development of two, three and four bedroom homes in the city of Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
The city of Wakefield lies between Leeds and Sheffield, it is a popular location for professionals and families. The district is mainly made out of old coal-mining towns, as well as other industries including wool, chemicals, machine tools and glass.
