Anyone living or working in London is eligible to purchase a Shared Ownership property at Abbey House with priority going to Southwark residents, then to South East sub regions (Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham).
Two 1 bedroom homes will be available from £420,000 to Southwark residents only.
For three bed homes, you will need to have at least one dependent.
Wheelchair Adaptable Home
To qualify for a Wheelchair Adaptable Home at least one member of the household must be registered disabled, in addition to the above criteria.
Homes at Horizons Tower are available for people living or working in London.
