Greetham Square will blend into the rural village of Greetham in the north of Rutland, England's smallest county. It is some six miles from Oakham and very close to Rutland Water, England's largest reservoir, which provides fantastic water sport, walking, cycling and other leisure activities as well as being recognised as a globally important wetland site. To the east is the renowned Greetham Valley golf course. Greetham itself is a traditional English village with a mix of stone and thatched cottages, converted barns and modern detached houses. It has three pubs (the Plough, the Black Horse Inn and the Wheatsheaf) and its own village shop and post office, which caters for day-to-day needs. Education is well provided for with nurseries, primary and secondary schools in nearby Exton, Cottesmore and Oakham. Greetham is within easy reach of the nearby towns of Stamford, Corby, Melton Mowbray and Grantham. Slightly further afield are the cities of Peterborough and Nottingham which can easily be reached by the main A1 route or the A606. Greetham Square offers five different property types and homes with two, three and four bedrooms.
