Situated in the picturesque village of Tettenhall Wood, Wergs Place is a charming collection of four bedroom semi-detached properties situated at an enviable address on Wergs Road. Leave the M54 at junction 3 and at the roundabout take the exit signposted A41 towards Wolverhampton. Follow the A41 for approximately 7 miles after which Wergs Place will be located on the right hand side of the road.
Wolverhampton is a popular shopping destination with two covered shopping centres including the Mander Centre and Wulfrun Shopping Centre, many high street names including House of Fraser and Primark, and indoor and outdoor markets. Closer to home you'll find a number of local boutiques and antique shops in the village of Tettenhall.
Wolverhampton has an excellent choice of fitness and lesiure centres which include swimming pools, all weather pitches and even has a climbing wall. For golf enthusiasts, there are a number of excellent golf courses nearby. For something different visit Wolverhampton Racecourse, Civic Hall for live music or Molineux Stadium, home of the Wolves.

Tettenhall is located close to the M54 and M6 motorways with direct links to Telford, Birmingham and beyond. Wolverhampton city centre has excellent rail access and for national and international travel, Birmingham Airport is less than 30 miles away.
