Whitnash is a little over two miles from Royal Leamington Spa and only five miles from the county town of Warwick. It's within easy reach of Junctions 14 and 15 of the M40 that connects London to Birmingham via the M42. The A46 Warwick By-Pass is also close, giving access to Stratford-upon-Avon and Coventry and on to the M6 to the north. Leamington railway station provides direct links to Coventry, Banbury, Birmingham and London Marylebone. London Marylebone is about an hour and 20 minutes away. For air travel Birmingham Airport is about 26 miles away.
