Directions
From Exeter head north on the M5 until J28 and take the B3181 signposted to Cullompton. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit on to Station Road/B3181. Go through two roundabouts and then turn left onto the High Street/B3181. Take the 2nd right onto Tiverton Road and the development will be clearly signposted.

Shopping
Cullompton's pretty high street is host to everyday necessities such as banks, a newsagent and Boots the Chemist. For weekly shopping essentials a Tesco Superstore is conveniently situated near the centre of town. A farmers' market is held once a month where local produce can be sampled and bought. There is also a weekly indoor market held in the town centre.

Leisure
Culm Valley Sports Centre offers families and individuals comprehensive fitness and swimming classes, a sports hall, squash court, all weather pitch and a sauna. The secondary school is Cullompton Community College a co-educational comprehensive school for students aged between 11 and 16. Uffculme Academy nearby is an extremely well regarded secondary school. Further education can be found in Exeter twenty minutes away.

Kingfisher Reach is just a few minutes from Junction 25 of the M5 as well as other major road links to Honiton, Taunton and Exeter. The closest railway station is Tiverton Parkway which is only a few miles away. Regular buses service the town and local areas as well as links to Taunton and Exeter.
