Gardens flourish at Stewart Milne Homes

Stewart Milne Homes has geared up for National Gardening Week by giving buyers the chance to get green fingered in their new home.

Buyers who reserve a home at any development across central Scotland throughout National Gardening Week (11 April – 17 April) will be placed in a draw to win £1,000 to spend at Dobbies Gardens Centre and create the perfect outdoor living space.

Stewart Milne Homes has seven developments across central Scotland all with a variety of home styles and prices. The National Gardening Week offer is available at them all: Laird’s Gate, Stewarton; Greenwood Manor, Newton Mearns; Ardgowan Rise, Inverkip; Earl’s Green, Barassie in the West and Hopefield View, Bonnyrigg; Devon Lane,  Winchburgh and The Courtyard, Dunblane in the East.

With a development of the year award under its belt for Laird’s Gate in Stewarton, and two developments shortlisted in the prestigious Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Awards, there’s no denying that Stewart Milne Homes create beautiful, inspiring homes from the inside out. Stewart Milne Homes provides factored gardens as standard across all developments. This ensures the developments all look pristine from the outside with cut grass and well maintained shrubbery.

Likewise, the home builder takes great care to ensure homeowners get optimum use of their rear gardens. Many homes feature French doors that open onto the garden and Juliet balconies in the master bedrooms overlook the area. Many of the larger detached properties also have large double garages giving plenty of space to store garden furniture and tools.

Marlyn Boal, sales and marketing director at Stewart Milne Homes says: “Gardens are a really important part of the home and one of the biggest considerations for buyers. Just like with our homes, a great deal of thought goes into the size and layout of our gardens creating an important outdoor living space for our home-owners.”
