Established in 1974 as the Brent Peoples' Housing Association, Network Housing Group has grown to become one of the largest housing associations in London and the South East, managing over 19,000 homes.
Network Housing Group is proud of its role in providing a wide range of homes, both rented and for sale, in 40 local authority areas and contributing to the economic and social regeneration of many neighbourhoods.
Whilst its scale has changed, the values which motivated Network’s founders in 1974 remain the same – mobilising its resources to help and support people in housing need.
Network Housing Group’s aim is to change lives for the better by building affordable quality homes; creating flexible purchase options for households locked out of the housing market; and providing services and support, including for older and vulnerable people and the homeless.
